FAST is a separate fitness program from regular Taekwondo training, aimed to help students improve fitness, get healthy and stay healthy.
Encouraging children to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.
In addition to fitness training, FAST Program includes Taekwondo-based training with kicking techniques and drills.

Essential training for Warriors Sparring Team, Warriors Poomsae Team and WISP members to build up fitness and core strength that are critical for competitions.
