1st poom | june 2025 Good morning, everyone,Today, I want to share my journey in Taekwondo and how I have made it all the way to the black belt grading.
It hasn’t been easy for me. It takes me a lot of time and effort to learn things like poomsae and terminology. But I didn’t give up. I practiced again and again at home and in class. My parents and all my Masters helped me a lot. They believed in me and kept encouraging me. At first, it was really hard to remember all the moves and Korean words. But over time, I got better by repeating, listening, and trying my best every day. Now, I feel proud that I can remember the poomsae and even enjoy doing it! My favourite part of Taekwondo is practicing poomsae because I like the rhythm and feeling strong while doing it. Sparring is still a challenge, but I never give up. I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Weiwu Taekwondo. Thank you, Master Joyce, for helping me learn all the patterns. Thank you, Master Bryanna and Master Benecia, for teaching me strikes, blocks, and how to stay focused. And thank you, Master Brian, for always cheering me on and helping me believe in myself. I’m excited to keep learning more in Taekwondo. I’ll keep trying my best to make my parents, my Masters, and myself proud. Thank you. |
