FAST is a separate fitness program from regular Taekwondo training, aimed to help students improve fitness, get healthy and stay healthy. Encouraging children to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.
In addition to fitness training, FAST Program is Taekwondo-based training focusing on kicking techniques and drills.
FAST Program is also pathway to Warriors Sparring Competition Team, as well as essential complementary training to Warriors Sparring Training Program for our competition team.
Open to students 6+.
