WARRIORS POOMSAE TEAM and WARRIORS SPARRING TEAM are our competition teams in Poomsae and Sparring and are by invitation only.
Both the Warriors Sparring & Poomsae Competition Teams have the opportunities to compete at State, National and International Competitions
Training for and participating in competitions require much commitment from athletes, parents and instructors and is challenging. However, the journey can be enriching and rewarding and the opportunity for personal growth and development is greater where athletes learn courage and composure under pressure and dedication to personal goals and achievements.
