belt promotion
Grading is the formal way that students progress at each belt level. All techniques are taught in class and the prerequisites at each progressive levelare outlined in our comprehensive grading syllabus.
Students are judged based on their knowledge and skill level of the required kicking and hand techniques, poomsae, self defence techniques and Korean terminology. Our Kukkiwon-standard curriculum covers syllabus required to achieve internationally recognised Kukkiwon Black Belt certification. Grading is held at the end of every term in March, June, September and November. Higher Dan | Poom Grading is held in June and November.
